  • Cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or suspected fraudulent activity

If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. You will be notified by email.

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Price changes do not apply retroactively to orders already confirmed and paid.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other authorised providers. We do not store or have direct access to your full payment card details. 8. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to all 50 states within the United States. All shipping timeframes, carrier information, and delivery conditions are detailed in our Shipping Policy. While we aim to meet all estimated delivery windows, delays caused by USPS, FedEx, or circumstances outside our control are beyond our liability. Russo Apparel remains responsible for your order until it has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.

9. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund terms are fully outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to those terms. In summary: we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are handled at no cost to you.
