Shipping policy

At Russo Apparel, we want every order to reach you without hassle. This page explains everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your order.

Shipping Destination

We ship to all 50 states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on all orders. There is no minimum purchase requirement and no additional fees are added at checkout. The total shown before you confirm is the total you pay.

Order Processing & Delivery

Estimated total delivery 7-11 business days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal public holidays. Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on weekends and public holidays, begin processing on the next business day.

Carriers

We ship via USPS and FedEx. The carrier is selected based on your location, package size, and availability. Both carriers provide tracking from dispatch to delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active in the system.

You can follow your shipment at any time on our Track Your Order page.

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 3 business days after dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery windows cover the large majority of orders. Occasionally, delays can occur due to carrier disruptions, severe weather, peak season volumes, or factors outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 5 business days after the end of your estimated delivery window, please reach out and we will look into it promptly.

Lost or Missing Packages

A package is considered lost if it has not been delivered within 8 business days after the end of the estimated delivery window and this has been confirmed with the carrier. In that case, we will arrange either a full replacement or a complete refund, whichever you prefer.

If an item is missing from your delivery upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve it quickly.

Russo Apparel remains responsible for your order until it has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please review your shipping details carefully before confirming your order. We are unable to modify a shipping address once the order has entered processing.

If an incorrect or incomplete address causes a delivery failure, Russo Apparel cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for the affected order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for the steps to follow.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be published on this page with an updated date at the top.
